From programs to publications to legislative activity, our volunteer committee members provide the strength that enables the West Florida Chapter to meet the needs of its member communities.
The Breakfast Programs Committee's purpose is to participate in the education of Community Association Managers, Board Members/Homeowners, and Business Partners. Responsibilities include planning each breakfast program, selecting and recruiting program speakers. Committee meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 9:00 am.
The Business Partner Committee's purpose is to develop and provide information through interactive programs enhancing the Business Partner experience in the CAI West Florida Chapter. Responsibilities include planning a quarterly Business Partner program with relevant topics and information. Committee meets on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 10:00 am.

The CA Day Committee is responsible for all aspects of Community Associations Day held annually in March. Areas include venue selection, venue decoration, promotion, registration, security, signage, giveaways, and staffing for the day of the event. Committee is seasonal and meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 4:00 pm.

The Community Outreach Committee's responsibility is to brand CAI West Florida Chapter in the communities by promoting membership benefits, resources and chapter events to Homeowners/Board Members, Community Association Managers, and Management Companies. The committee has two (2) sub-committees: Promotion and Presentation. Committee meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 9:00 am.

The Golf Committees are responsible for planning and staffing the annual Spring and Fall Golf Tournaments for CAI. Volunteer opportunities include registration, greeters, goody bag stuffers, beverage distributors and much more. Committee is seasonal and meets every Monday at 4:00 pm.
Homeowner/Board Member Education Committee

The Homeowner/Board Member Education Committee is responsible for planning, developing, and executing Homeowner and Board Member education forums throughout the year. The committee members research various topics of interest to Homeowners/Board Members and recruit expert speakers to talk about those topics. Committee meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 9:00 am.

The Committee is responsible for the content and layout of The West Florida Wire magazine, published each quarter by the West Florida Chapter. Committee meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 9:00 am.
Manager Education Committee

The Manager Education Committee is responsible for planning, developing, and executing Community Association Manager education events including the annual Manager All Day and the quarterly Manager Career Breakfast. The committee members research various topics of interest to CAMs and recruit expert speakers to talk about those topics. Committee meets on the 2ndFriday of each month at 8:00 am.
The Registration Committee is responsible for managing the registration process for all CAI West Florida events. Committee does not meet.
Social & Networking Committee

The Social Committee plans and conducts all social events for CAI, including the Social Networking events each month as well as the chapter’s community service projects. Committee meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 4:00 pm.
